The Smarthub connects your phone through our application, and further our application to all your smart products. To get the best possible reach, place your Smarthub on a central location in your house. Preferably in the same area as your network router.
The Smarthub needs a network cable connected to your Internet router and permanent power supply. Don’t place the Smarthub in a metal cabinet as for example network cabinets or in some fuse boxes.
The Smarthub will now start automatically.
After you have downloaded the application, log in to the application and create a new customer profile. If you already have one, you can also use that.
The app will then automatically find your Smarthub when they are both connected to the same WiFi network. In your application an unregistered Smarthub will then be visible. Connect to it by pressing “Pair Smarthub” on the bottom of the page. This may take some minutes.

Permission to your Futurehome can be shared with as many people as you want. As owner of a site, you can invite other users, and decide what they have permission to see and do.
A site is defined as the house or estate that you will control with Futurehome. As a user you can have access to multiple sites, for example your home and your cabin.
You choose which place to control from the application, but you will get notifications from all sites that you are connected to.

When the registration is completed, you will get a message saying that there is no smart units connected.
Most of the components in the Futurehome system are easy to install, configure and connect. You can add a new component by going to “Site”, and then “Setup”, and finally choose a room and press “+ New device”. Follow the instructions on your phone to complete.
